Gilded Hope

This beautiful limited edition from acclaimed contemporary artist Patrick Rubinstein features the word ‘HOPE’ in bold green lettering (and a style reminiscent of pioneering pop artist Robert Indiana) and has been created as a partner piece to the artist’s earlier work, ‘Gilded Love.’ Rendered in a sumptuous palette of scarlet, pink, yellow, cyan, and a rich array of greens, and highlighted with a shimmering metallic gold, it brings to mind the rich and bounteous still life pieces of the Dutch masters, with opulence and colour blooming at every turn. Using an avant-garde ‘kinetic’ technique, 'Gilded Hope' combines two images into one, blending creativity, innovation and science to allow visual variations when the spectator moves around the work - an animated and perpetually self-renewing aspect which makes it an exciting visual experience.
