Gleaming Evening

Jack Davis’s Gleaming Evening (30" x 30") is a quiet, contemplative seascape that captures the sublime stillness of dusk descending over the Cornish coastline. The palette, subdued yet radiant, transitions from silvery sand to slate-grey water and a vast sky bathed in soft beige light. A faint gleam on the horizon suggests the sun’s final flourish before slipping beneath the waves, its glow reflected delicately across the rippling surface of the sea.
